He co-authored in 2025, a highly regarded guide to improving workplace mental health and wellbeing, and holds influential roles including co-chair of a World Economic Forum leadership council. He has received numerous prestigious honours for his contributions. In addition to academia, Thomas works closely with corporations and governments worldwide, advising on ethics, sustainability, and organisational challenges.
We are excited to be welcoming Professor Roulet from 24 August to 4 September, where he will be hosting, among other events, a public lecture on the impact of AI on how, why, and whether we will work tomorrow.
